Feel the burn!

Bonjour! So my second workout went great last night, i really gave it socks so much so that i am a litte stiff this morn! Driving in this morn was like a low intensity workout ha! I stretched for the required five mins after, so i guess it is just all those muscles i never knew i had are just letting me know that they are there! I felt great after it though and seemed to have loads of energy... All in all im still positive, so if anyone has any tips they would like to share i would be very greatful!

Good luck with the work out. While we all know a "balanced diet" and a "balanced lifestyle" is the key to weight loss. I'm a firm believer that exercise is the best way. You feel great after a work-out with all those endorphins swimming around your body and you can eat more normally (ie, not just lettuce and crackers) because you're burning off the calories.

Best of luck. I liked curves as its only ladies and its a manageable and realistic work out for ppl who've never before worked out in their lives. Keep up the good work x

And thanks to the both of you re: the encouragement, its going good so far, long may it continue... I just cant wait to get a moment when i just feel fan fecking tastic, i will be one of those crazies walking around singing 'im walking on sunshine .....
