So the workouts have been going great so far, i am really giving it socks and coming out all red faced and happy!
The only complaint i have is every time i go there i meet someone else that i know and would rather not see them when im all sweaty and in a tracksuit! I am one of those people who always makes an effort to look nice, i will always be co-ordinated and never in track ends and a hoody but half the neighbourhood seem to be in curves, even long lost cousins! you can picture the scene, me kickng out one of the machine with all my might (legs are in the air and spread apart for this one) and next thing between my legs i see head of neighbour/cousin/old teacher.... 'Hello Satine, your here now?' Grunt from me.. 'Fair play to you, aren't you great all the same' (eh your in curves too, there is obviously some pounds you need shifting...) another grunt from me.... 'Tell all at home i was asking for them'..... Then you have to look at them the whole way around the circuit!

Feel the burn!
Bonjour! So my second workout went great last night, i really gave it socks so much so that i am a litte stiff this morn! Driving in this morn was like a low intensity workout ha! I stretched for the required five mins after, so i guess it is just all those muscles i never knew i had are just letting me know that they are there! I felt great after it though and seemed to have loads of energy... All in all im still positive, so if anyone has any tips they would like to share i would be very greatful!

First work out
So i had my very first workout in my whole life ever yesterday evening and i loved it... now i realise that this is probably very typical at the start your full of good intentions and then life suddenly gets in the way and its been weeks since your last session but your going back soon, honest! Hopefully i will continue to smile my way through... Its a 30 minute work out and id say once i really get going on it i will notice the difference after a few weeks! so i am fecking thrilled with myself at the moment and will prob have to flag this post and look back on it when i have no intention of ever going back to that torture house, ok im projecting abit.. we'll see how it goes and take it 30 mins at a time!

And so it begins. . . . .
After many hours deliberation i have decided to start a blog, so this is clearly my very first post...
I have decided to lose weight, alot of weight and since i want this to be my personal battle and dont particularily want my friends, family etc to know the ins and outs, I have decided to share with the wider blogging community.
I think it might actually encourage me to stick at it....
I am currently 18 and a half stone... and that is the first time i have admitted that to anyone...
Yesterday i joined curves and my first work out is tonight... so its the start of a very long journey!
